Chenault Vineyards tickets & upcoming events

Ever driven past that big stone gate and wondered what’s inside? Chenault Vineyards in Richmond, Kentucky, is not just your average winery; it’s a hidden gem with a bit of history and a whole lot of charm. Legend has it there’s a secret cavern once used for storing wine, now a quirky sightseeing highlight that makes you go hmm. The family behind it, the Chenaults, started this venture way back in 1985, fueled by a genuine love for winemaking that still shows today. If you’re into tasting the good stuff, their 2012 vintage was actually ranked among the top ten in the entire country, pretty impressive, right? But it’s not just about the wine. The place pumps out some pretty cool events, from summer concerts to wine tastings, and if you snag VIP seats, you might even score free snacks or light bites, score! For warm weather shows, lawn seating is where the magic happens, laid out under the open sky with those picturesque grape fields just a stone’s throw away. And oh, look for the large stone gates, they’re kind of a landmark, and the vineyards’ symbol on signs leading you right to the heart of the estate. Whether you're a concert junkie looking for front-row thrills or just want a chill spot to sip wine and soak in the scenery, Chenault Vineyards has something for everyone. Honestly, it’s one of those places that makes you feel like you’re part of something special, and I’d say you definitely want to check it out.
